Ramadan & Diabetes- How and Who should fast

Keeping fast in Ramadan is a challenging task. Patients with diabetes are at increased risk of getting low or high sugars. The risk is higher in a subset of patients whom we advice not to fast. Other patients can fast safely if they take certain precautions.
